STEP 4: Repeat STEPS 1–3 to attach the second 11U rack top (#2 in Figure 3-5).

STEP 5: Attach the (2) swivel casters (#3 in Figure 3-5) and (2) swivel, locking casters (#4 in Figure 3-5) to the bottom of the
4-post base plate (#1 in Figure 3-5) using the remaining (16) M8 x 16-mm hex-head machine screws (#5 in Figure 3-5), (16) M8
hex nuts (#6 in Figure 3-5), and (32) M8 flat washers (#7 in Figure 3-5). Locking casters (#4 in Figure 3-5) should be attached on
the same side. Do not attach locking casters on diagonal corners.
