Chapter 3: Assembly Instructions
STEP 3: Tighten down all bolts holding the hex nut (#6 in Figure 3-1) with the open-end wrench (#1 in Tool List) and tighten the
bolt head with the socket wrench (#2 in Tool List).
STEP 4: Attach the (2) swivel casters (#3 in Figure 3-1) and (2) swivel, locking casters (#4 in Figure 3-1) to the bottom of the
2-post base plate (#1 in Figure 3-1) using the remaining (16) M8 x 16-mm hex-head machine screws (#5 in Figure 3-1), (16) M8
hex nuts (#6 in Figure 3-1), and (32) M8 flat washers (#7 in Figure 3-1). Locking casters (#4 in Figure 3-1) should be attached on
the same side. Do not attach locking casters on diagonal corners.
