Troubleshooting for email message management
Changes that I made to email messages on my device are not reflected in my email account
Depending on your email service provider, you might not be able to reconcile email messages over the wireless network.
On your BlackBerry® device, verify that wireless email reconciliation is turned on. For more information, click Help on your BlackBerry
device.
I cannot reply to or forward an email message
The email message that you are trying to reply to or forward might be more than 30 days old. After 30 days, email messages remain on
your BlackBerry® device, but you cannot reply to or forward them.
Perform one of the following actions:
• If the email message is from an integrated email address, reply to or forward this email message from your integrated email
account.
• If the email message is from your BlackBerry email address, set up your BlackBerry email address to automatically forward a copy
of email messages that you send or receive on your device to another email address, and then reply to or forward the email message
from that email account.
