Turn off the prompt that appears before you delete items
You can turn off the prompt that appears before you delete items in a message list, the phone, the address book, the calendar, the task
list, the memo list, or the password keeper.
1. In an application, click the trackwheel.
2. Click Options.
3. Set the Confirm Delete field to No.
4. Click the trackwheel.
5. Click Save.
View the number of contacts, calendar entries, tasks, or memos stored on your device
1. In the address book, calendar, task list, or memo list, click the trackwheel.
2. Click Options.
The Number of Entries field displays the number of contacts, calendar entries, tasks, or memos that are stored on your device.
Calendar shortcuts
For shortcuts to work in Day view, in the calendar options, set the Enable Quick Entry field to No.
• To schedule an appointment, press the period (.) key.
• To move to the next day, week, or month, press 9.
• To move to the previous day, week, or month, press 3.
• To move the cursor horizontally in Week view, hold the Alt key and roll the trackwheel.
• To move the cursor vertically in Month view, hold the Alt key and roll the trackwheel.
• To move up an hour, press 2.
• To move down an hour, press 8.
• To move to the current date, press the exclamation point (!) key.
Calendar troubleshooting
I cannot schedule appointments that span multiple days
If you use IBM® Lotus Notes®, you cannot schedule appointments that span multiple days.
I cannot set some fields when scheduling appointments
If you use IBM® Lotus Notes®, you can only change the Subject, Location, Reminder, and Notes fields and the Mark as Private check box
when you change a recurring appointment or meeting.
