4. When blending is complete, release the speed switch. Wait for the whisk to stop rotating.
Lift the hand blender from the mixture.
5. Unplug the appliance before removing the whisk attachment or changing to another
attachment.
Using Chopping Attachment
1. Place the bowl on a flat surface or countertop.
2. Follow directions above in assembling the chopping bowl and blade.
3. Add food to be prepared in the bowl. Make sure to not fill above the MAX line.
4. Place the cover and handle on the bowl following the directions above in assembling the
chopping attachment.
5. Plug appliance into a standard electrical outlet.
6. Use on hand to hold the bowl in place. With the other hand press the speed switch (I/II).
Refer to Processing Time Chart. Process until mixture has the consistency desired.
7. When processing is complete, unplug the appliance and remove the handle and cover.
8. Remove the blade by the center post.
Important: The chopping blade is extremely sharp. Use caution whenever handling this
part of the appliance.
