•  This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including 

children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental 

capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless 

they have been given supervision or instruction concerning 

use of the appliance by a person   responsible for their 

safety.

•  Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not 

play with the appliance.

•  Do not allow children or any person unfamiliar with these 

instructions to use the appliance.

•  Do not allow children or animals to come near the work 

area or to touch the appliance or power supply cord.

•  Close supervision is necessary when the appliance is used 

near children.

 BX330-B5 blender has been 

designed for blending and mixing solid and liquid food and 

beverage ingredients. This product is intended for household 

use only.
This appliance is not to be used in:
•  Staff kitchen areas in shops, offices and other working 

environments;

•  Farm houses;
•  By clients in hotels, motels and other residential type 

environments;

•  Bed and breakfast type environments;

Using your appliance

•  Always take care when using the appliance.
•  Be careful when handling the sharp cutting blades, 

emptying the bowl and during cleaning.

•  Always disconnect the blender from the supply if it is left 

unattended and before assembling, disassembling or 

cleaning.

•  Never pull the power supply cord to disconnect the plug 

from the socket. Keep the power supply cord away from  

heat, oil and sharp edges.

•  This appliance shall not be used by children. Keep the 

appliance and its cord out of reach of children.

•  Be careful if hot liquid is poured into the food processor or 

blender as it can be ejected out of the appliance due to a 

sudden steaming. 

•  Do not place the appliance on or near heat sources or in a 

heated oven.

•  Always route the cord carefully so it does not hang over the 

edge of a worktop and cannot be caught accidentally or 

tripped over.

•  Never operate an appliance directly below the socket-outlet 

it is connected to.

•  If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the 

manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified persons 

in order to avoid a hazard.

•  Avoid spilling water on the Power Base.
•  Do not use the appliance near flammable or explosive 

materials.

•  Do not use the appliance outdoors.
•  Operate the appliance only with dry hands.
•  If the power supply cord is damaged during use, disconnect 

the appliance from the power supply immediately.

•  Do not touch the power supply cord before disconnecting 

from the power supply.

•  Disconnect the appliance from the power supply when not in 

use, before fitting or removing parts and before cleaning.

•  This appliance is not intended to be operated by means of 

an external timer or separate remote-control system.

•  The outer surface of the blender may become hot when in 

use.

•  Allow moving parts to come to a stop before removing any 

cover.

•  Allow moving parts to come to a stop before approaching.
•  Ensure fingers are kept well away from the blades when in 

use.

•  Unit must be attended in use.
•  Do not exchange the blending blade and grinding blade, so 

as not to affect the processing results.

•  When the product is running, never put hands or sharp 

articles into the big cup opening or have eyes close to it or 

else accidents may happen.

•  Keep the blender jar blade assembly and the dry grinding 

cup blade assembly from the operator's body and other hard 

foreign matters when the product is running to avoid 

personal injuries and product damage.
