Car batteries may be used to power the pump for fuel pumping.
INSTRUCTIONS
(The power source voltage should be confirmed to match the power input of the pump prior to
connecting to the pump.)
1.
Attach Positive (Red) cable clamp to Positive connection on battery.
2.
Attach Negative (Black) cable clamp to Negative connection on battery.
3.
Attach hoses to inlet and outlet (located on either side of pump).
4.
Turn on power button.
5.
Insert intake hose in the appropriate receptacle to withdraw the diesel fuel from one source.
6.
Insert outlet hose in the appropriate receptacle
7.
When finished, turn power button off. Remove cables from battery
NOTE:
Voltage tolerance of +/- 5%
Diesel oil transfer is in the direction of the arrow as indicated on the pump
Be sure to have an air tight seal on the suction hose to prevent debris from damaging the pump.
The duty cycle of this pump is 30 minutes under normal usage. The pump has thermal protection
and may shut off if the maximum operating temperature of the pump is achieved.
