ASYNC/SYNC FIBER OPTIC MULTIPLEXOR

3.4 Setting the Ground

1. With the cover still off the multiplexor, locate the strap marked “GND.”

According to your requirements, set the signal ground to either be
connected to or disconnected from the shielding (chassis or protective)
ground.

2. Slide the multiplexor cover back into place and fasten the screws.
