4. LED Indicators

Once your 100BASE-TX to 100BASE-FX Media
Converter Transmitter and Receiver are properly
installed, they operate maintenance-free.

Several LEDs tell you the status of the converters and the
network at a glance. See Figures 4-1 and 4-2.
