CHAPTER 3: INSTALLATION
5. Route the multipair distribution fiber cable through the opening in the back of the shelf.
6. Once you pull the cable through the opening in the shelf, use the cable ties and black spool rings to hold the
cable in place inside the shelf.
7. Use the included 3” and 4” cable ties to secure the cable to the back plate.
8. Attach the “danger” sticker (see the DANGER note at the beginning of Chapter 3) to the outside top of the shelf.
9. Terminate the multipair fiber cable and connect it to the fiber adapters. See Figure 3-2 below.
