horizontal line. This is because the
TV’s scan is always interlaced, so
your presentation will view better if
it is designed with many different
colors and multiple horizontal lines
instead of just a single white line.
Adjust the TV color as dark as
possible, because a brighter picture
may show TV scan lines.
