Merchandiser Shutdown
1. Remove all Food products from the merchandiser.
2. Open the control access hinged door.
3. Turn the Temperature Control Knob to the Off position.
4. Move the Light/Top Heat switch to the Off position.
5. Close and latch the control access hinged door.
6. Allow the merchandiser to cool to 150
F [65
C] or below and clean as instructed below.
