a. Set the function and range of DUT(Device under test) to "DCV" and
“
2V
”
.
b. Supply "1.0000V DC" form Meter calibrator to DUT.
c. Check the reading value is in specification,"0.9990 to 1.0010".
* DC Volt Rollover check
: Supply DC + 1V and
–
1V alternately and check the digit error is
within
“
+/- 5 digits
”
.
d. Change the range to "20V".
e. Change the output voltage of Meter calibrator to 10.000V and check the
reading value of DUT is in specification,"9.990 to 10.010".
f. Change the range to "200V".
g. Change the output voltage of Meter calibrator to 100.00V and check the
reading value of DUT is in specification,"99.90 to 100.10".
h. Change the range to "1200V".
i. Change the output voltage of Meter calibrator to 1000.0V and check the
reading value of DUT is in specification,"994.0 to 1006.0".
Important Note: All accuracies apply to 5% to 95% full scale of each range at 23 degrees C +/- 5 degreesC.
Allow the unit to warm up under power for 30 minutes before performing the Function Check.
