Two Identical Negative Voltages With a Common Positive
(Refer To Fig. 13)
When the same negative voltage is required at two points in the
same circuit and a common positive is needed, perform the
following:
1.
Connect the ground strap between the positive terminal and
the ground of the
“A”
supply.
2.
Set the desired voltage and maximum current using the
“A”
VOLTAGE
and
CURRENT
controls.
3.
Turn off the power supply and the equipment to be powered
during hook-up.
4.
Connect the negative polarity inputs of the circuit to be
powered to the negative (black) terminals of the supplies.
Connect the common positive input of the circuit to be
powered to the
“A”
supply’s positive (red) or ground (green)
terminal.
