Tightening the HP flange
After the frames have been joined together, the flange
at the common high pressure line must be tightened.
Insert and carefully align the flange gasket. Then
torque-down the fasteners to 320 Nm with a torque
wrench.

Oil return line
The Ø10 mm oil return line connecting the third com-
pressor must be fitted to the unit with new cutting rings
(supplied).

Grounding cable
The grounding cable must be fastened to both parts of
the frame pair, in order to provide electrical continuity.

Electrical installation
Frame section with two compressors and an oil separ-
ator:
The cable loom (at the frame with two compressors) is
already pre-assembled into a large black plug that can
easily be clipped into the correct controller panel
socket. The wires in the cable looms are fastened via
green plugs. These green plugs are coded, so that they
cannot be inadvertently plugged into the incorrect ter-
minals. The Modbus wires in the cable loom of com-
pressor no. 2 must be fastened to connector CN14 of
the CM-SW-01 module at compressor no. 3.
