2.3.1
General safety references
State of delivery
CAUTION
The ACP is filled with a holding charge: Over-
pressure 0.2 .. 0.5 bar nitrogen.
Risk of severe injury to skin and eyes.
Wear safety goggles when working on the ACP!
Do not open the connections before overpres-
sure has been relieved.
For work on the ACP after having put the system
into operation
WARNING
ACP is under pressure!
Serious injuries are possible.
Relieve the system of pressure!
Wear safety goggles!
CAUTION
Surface temperatures of more than 60 °C or be-
low 0 °C.
Risk of burns or frostbite.
Close off accessible areas and mark them.
Before working on the ACP: switch off the in-
stallation and let it cool down.
DANGER
Hair, hands or clothes may get caught in the
coupling!
Serious injuries are possible.
Secure the coupling zone with a separating
cover (protective grid)!
While performing any work on the electrical system
WARNING
Risk of electrical shock!
Before performing any work on the switch cab-
inet or the frequency inverter: Switch off the
main switch and secure it against being
switched on again!
Close the switch cabinet and the frequency in-
verter before switching on again!
