Vacuum won’t turn on

Crack or hole in hose

Check hose and replace if needed

Hose is loose

Make sure both ends of hose are fully inserted

Foot is loose

Make sure foot is fully inserted into body
of unit

Pre-motor filter is dirty

Check and clean or replace pre-motor filter

Dirt container is full of debris

Empty dirt container

Separator grill is clogged with debris

Wipe separator grill of all debris

Dirt container or separator grill not installed properly

Position correctly and lock in place

Clog in vacuum
