Vacuum cleaner won’t run

Possible causes 

Remedies

  Vacuum cleaner is not plugged in

  Check electrical plug

  Power button is not pressed down

Vacuum cleaner won’t pick up or low suction

Possible causes

  Tools, flex hose and/or telescoping

  Remove each part and check for blockages
