Ensure collection tank is locked into the unit securely.
How?
Remove collection tank and re-install by placing the collection tank bottom first into the cavity, then tilt it
forward, pressing gently at the top until it ‘snaps’ closed. Does it lock into place?

No, the Collection tank clip may be broken.
