Error Codes

Problem

Possible Cause

Remedies

Error and fan error 

indicators on digital display 

are blinking.

Air path is clogged.

Check the suction hose for 

clogs. Perform standard after-

cleaning care maintenance. 

See pages 11-12.

Dirty water tank full 

indicator on digital display 

blinks 4 times, then turns 

solid.

Dirty water tank 

is full.

Remove and empty tank. 

Thoroughly clean tank and 

sensors. Place tank back into 

the machine.

 

Dirty water tank full 

indicator on digital display 

blinks four times, then turns 

solid. Error indicator is 

blinking.

Dirty water tank is 

not seated properly.

Reseat tank.

Clean water tank indicator 

on digital display blinks 

then turns solid. Foot light 

blinks blue 4 times.

Clean water tank is 

empty.

Refill tank. Follow steps on 

page 7.

Clean water tank is 

not seated properly.

Remove and reseat tank.

Brush roll window LED 

is blinking white, error 

indicator is blinking.

Brush roll is 

obstructed.

Remove brush window lens 

and brush roll to clean hair 

and debris off of brush, brush 

ends and brush gear.

Brush roll window LED is 

blinking white and blue.

Brush window lens 

is not attached.

Remove and reinstall the lens 

until it ‘clicks’ into place.

Battery indicator on digital 

display shows continuous 

blinking of 1 LED light

Battery is too low 

to run the Clean 

Out Cycle.

Charge the machine for 30 

minutes prior to running.

Note:
