Pre-operation preparation
1. Check whether the fastening bolts and nuts of each part are loose. If they are loose, they
must be tightened. The machine must be placed in a clean, dry, ventilated place, and above
50cm away from the wall.
2. Make sure that the power supply voltage does not exceed ±10% of the rated voltage,
otherwise the motor will be burnt.
3. Replace the piston every 500 hours.
4. Before the air compressor works, please open the exhaust valve and let it idle for 5
minutes under no pressure.
Safety precautions of air compressor components
1. Safety valve: the air compressor is equipped with a safety valve, which is used to
prevent the danger caused by excessive pressure of the air storage tank when the air
compressor fails. The safety valve on the specific model you purchased is properly
adjusted according to the design specification of "pressure vessel" when leaving the factory,
do not adjust arbitrarily. If there is any need for readjustment, please inform our service
department or dealer to help you.

2. Pressure switch: the pressure switch has been assembled and reached the most
appropriate performance before leaving the factory. Do not parallel connect or move the
switch.
3. Tank: excessive pressurization of the gas receiving device, piping system or tank
may cause the tank to break or explode. To prevent over-pressurization, the air
compressor is equipped with an installed safety valve before delivery. Do not move,
adjust or replace the valve. Test the valve frequently. Do not weld, drill or change the air
receiving device under any circumstances.
4. Thermal protector: when the circuit, the motor and the air compressor work too long or
fail, the current of the motor will exceed the rated current, then the thermal protector
will automatically cut off, after the motor is sure that there is no fault and the circuit cut
off time exceeds the recovery time, about 5~10 minutes, the motor will start to work
again.
5. Motor and air compressor pump: air compressor will heat up when working, please do
not touch the motor, pipe and pump when working.
