TO START THE MACHINE
Ensure that gear lever and P.T.O. lever are disengaged.
1)
Pull the engine Stop-lever A, Set the clutch control lever
B and Clutch control lever C in initial position (fig.8). Set the
throttle at half-way position.
2)
Set engine for starting as described in the engine
manual.
3)
Slowly pull the starting handle until the hooking system
is engaged, then give a strong pull placing the foot.
The rope handle must always be grasped with ONE HAND
ONLY, to prevent the engine
“
kicking back
”
.
When the engine has started, allow it to run idle for some minutes to allow oil to lubricate all
moving parts.
First pulled the down clutch handle C, and then press down the above clutch handle B (locking
structure, prohibit press down the above clutch handle B directly).
Engage and locate the speed control to the desired speed position. If the gear does not engage
immediately, release the clutch lever C slightly and

feel-in
”
. When the gear is engaged release
the clutch lever C slowly and fully until the machine starts.
To engage drive to the implement, engage the clutch lever and locate the control rod in its
forward position. If engagement is not immediate, release the clutch lever C slightly and
“
feel-in
”
.
Please note that on two-wheel tractors it is impossible to engage reverse speed and the rotary
hoe simultaneously moving to a safety device. The P.T.O. must be disengaged before locating
reverse gear.
Accelerate engine and release clutch lever slowly and fully, to begin work. To stop engine and
machine: decelerate, disengage the P.T.O. and speed control rods to neutral position and fully
release the stop-lever A (fig.8).
LUBRICATION AND MAINTENANCE
A proper maintenance and lubrication will help keep the machine in a perfect working condition.
The machine is delivered full of lubricants, however check oil levels before starting work. Check
that all screws and nuts are well tightened; particularly nuts D (fig.5) that fix the attachments to
the machine, the nuts that fix wheels and ones fixing the engine. Lubricate the sliding bushes of
the steering column stop rod.
CLUTCH: Originally, the position of A lever (fig.9) is normal.
ENGINE: For the maintenance intervals follow the instructions give in the operating manual of
engine. You should check the oil lever every 4 hours of work and replace it every 50 hours of
work. Always use good quality oil as indicated on the motor instruction book. Oil bath air filter: if
you work in dusty condition, wash the filtering hank an add oil every 8 hours.
Use the same oil as for engine. For the engines
having the air filer with the paper filter, clean this
element with air or replace if it us very
obstructed.
