WARNING AND CAUTION
• DO NOT put hand near chain sprocket or other moving parts. SEVERE PERSONAL INJURY could

• DO NOT allow another person to stand in front of or behind lifter when it starts to move.
• ALWAYS travel with forks in lowered position.
• NEVER sit, stand or ride on forks or platform. SEVERE PERSONAL INJURY could result.

DO NOT use in area of multi level floor surface that could create loss of control and result in SEVERE

• DO NOT use lifter on slope, unlevel or soft surface. Lifter may become uncontrollable. SEVERE

• KEEP FEET CLEAR of rolling wheels that could result in SEVERE PERSONAL INJURY.
• DO NOT load one fork more than the other and DO NOT load tips on forks. SEVERE PERSONAL
INJURY and PROPERTY DAMAGE could result.
• DO NOT overload lifter. ALWAYS stay within designated capacity and load center rating.SEVERE
PERSONAL INJURY and PROPERTY DAMAGE could result.
• Replace chain every four years or if inspection reveals excessive wear on links, pins, side plates and
deformed, bent rusted or broken links.
• SHEARING HAZARD. NEVER place hands or feet under lowering forks. SEVERE PERSONAL INJURY
could result.
READ THE OPERATION MANUAL COMPLETELY BEFORE USING AND THOROUGHLY UNDERSTAND AND
FOLLOW ALL SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS.
• Read this operation manual carefully and understand completely before operating lifter. Improper
operation could create
• danger.
• This lifter is a movable lifter designed to lift or lower rated load on table. DO NOT use lifter for other
purpose than its intended
• use.
• DO NOT allow person to operate lifter who does not understand its operation.
• DO NOT lower table too fast. Load could fall down and create danger.
• KEEP watching the condition of load. Stop operating lifter if load becomes unstable.
• Brake lifter when sliding load on or off table.
• DO NOT side or end load. Load must be distributed on at least 80% of table area.
• DO NOT use lifter with unstable, unbalanced or loosely stacked load.
• Practice maintenance work according to Service instructions.
• DO NOT modify lifter without manufacturer’s written consent.
• REMOVE load from table and use safety stopper to prevent table from lowering when servicing lifter.
• This lifter is not designed to be water resistant. Use lifter under dry condition.
DAILY INSPECTION
Daily inspection is effective to find the malfunction or faulty on the lifter. Check the lifter on the following
points before the operation. DO NOT use lifter if any malfunction or faulty is found.
• Check scratch, bending or crack on the lifter.
• Check smooth movement of the wheels.
• Check if there is oil leakage from the cylinder.
• Check vertical creep of forks.
• Check the function of brake.
•
Check if all the bolts and nuts are tightened firmly.

OPERATION OF BRAKE (see figure 2 at the end of the document)
Always brake lifter when it is not in motion.
(A) Braking the wheel : Press the brake pedal on this side of brake pedal.
(B) Releasing the brake : Press the brake pedal on the other side of brake pedal.
LIFTING THE TABLE
DO NOT overload lifter. Stay within its rated capacity. DO NOT side or end load. Load must be spread on
at least 80% of table area.
• Press the lifting pedal several times until the table reaches the desired position.
• The table does not elevate after reaching the highest position even if the lifting pedal is pressed.
The table lowers slightly after reaching the highest position.
NOTE:
The hydraulic cylinder is designed to hold table. As is the nature of the hydraulic system, table lowers
very slowly over and extended period of time. Please note the table does not stay at the same position
indefinitely.

CHARGING THE BATTERY
(1. ) The lifter is equipped with «Free Maintenance» seal type battery. Need not attend but replace when
worn out.
(2. ) Turn the circuit breaker off when charging the battery.
(3. ) The attached automatic charger is only available for the optional voltage of 110V or 220V as referee/.
(4. ) Check the storage level indicator on the power pack for the battery condition.
(5. ) The switch of charger turns off automatically when the battery reaches 80% capacity or exceeds 12
hours in charging condition.
(6. ) Check the wiring or confirm AC voltage when AC power Indicator of Automatic Charger shows
Abnormal by Red Flashlight.
