and calibration records with the technician’s signature will be

—Extreme Performance Service Plan
the
Extreme Performance Service Plan
is a one year plan that
covers all components of your instrument. it extends the original
instrument limited warranty to the one year period of the plan,
provides the calibration described in the
Calibration Service
Plan
with two calibration points, and provides all services of the
Performance Assurance Service Plan
.
In addition, as part of the refurbishing and servicing of the
instrument, our trained service technician will:

Clean and inspect the entire instrument, and replace or repair
any component found to be damaged, significantly worn or
malfunctioning, subject to normal warranty exclusions.

Check the balance and action of horizontal and vertical
motion, and adjust or replace bearings, bushings or gas spring
if necessary.
3
Update firmware with latest version.
4
replace parts that have been updated on compatible
instrument versions.
5
Check proper alignment of pipette tips to 96 and 384
microplates, and correct if necessary.
