The illustration shows how to set up jumpers. When the jumper cap is
placed on pins, the jumper is “close”, if not, that means the jumper is
“open”.

JUSB_KBMSV1:
Power Source Header for PS/2 Keyboard, PS/2 Mouse and USB ports
Pin 1-2 Close:
+5V f or PS/2 key board, PS/2 mouse and USB ports at J1394_USB1 and
JUSBLAN1.
Pin 2-3 Close:
PS/2 key board, PS/2 mouse and USB ports at J1394_USB1 and USBLAN1
are powered by +5V standby v oltage.
