must

the
system.
Please

thoroughly

carefully.
The
system
provides
No
Code
function
which
means
that
you
don't
need
to
calibrate
your
meter
making
it
easier
for
the
user
to
monitor
blood
glucose
at
home.
IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
The
meter
and
lancing
device
are
for
single
patient
use.
Do
not
share
them
with
anyone
including
other
family
member!
Do
not
use
on
multiple
patients!
AlI
parts
of
the
kit
are
considered
biohazardous
and
can
potentially
transmit
infectious
diseases
even
after
you
have
performed
cleaning
and
disinfection.
Changes
or
modifications
not
expressly
approved
by
the
party
responsible
for
compliance
could
void
the
user’s
authority
to
operate
the
equipment.
This
device
complies
