8. Guarantee and Maintenance
All Bio Green products are issued with a 2-year (from date of purchase) unlimited manufacturer’s
guarantee. The guarantee does not cover damage incurred as a result of external force,
inappropriate use and failure to observe the user’s manual and cleaning and maintenance tasks.
Important Note
The device should only be opened or repaired by authorised technicians in accordance with the
applicable service regulations. Only original parts may be used.
The guarantee for perfect working order and operational safety can only apply if the device has
been installed and operated correctly. This also applies concerning the stipulations of the law with
regards to technical working materials, in addition to the applicable accident prevention regulations.
During the guarantee, please advise your supplier of any damage incurred to the device. Depending
on the fault, the machine will be exchanged, repaired, or replaced. Once the guarantee has expired,
an authorised maintenance company may carry out all repairs. Cleaning tasks are subject to
charge.
When the device is not in use during the summer, the device must be stored in a closed container
(i.e. a sack) in order to protect it from spiders and insects, which can easily block the gas pipe and
require subsequent cleaning.
When the device is not in use, always close the canister outlet valve. Protect the gas canister from
direct sunlight. Do not allow pipes to run alongside hot areas.
In the event of a guarantee claim, please complete the enclosed guarantee and information card!
