6.5.2 Set of clamping jaws
Each clamping jaw is positioned in the clamp lever using a cylinder bolt Ø 4 x 10 and is secured
using a cylinder head screw M5x16.
Each stationary locating jaw is bolted onto the clamping body using two countersunk screws M5x12.
6.5.3 Mounting the reamer

Mount the reamer
(2)
into the reamer holder.

Tighten the reamer
(2)
(min. 20 Nm).
NOTICE
• Make sure that only clean and dry compressed air is used.
The compressed air must correspond at least to the quality class 4 according to ISO 8573-1.

• When changing the reamer, only use tools with a suitable width across flats.
Reamer seat AF 27 mm, reamer AF 17 mm.
