Inserting the fast-dial number card
1. Remove the battery cover on the back of the phone by pressing
the button at the bottom and sliding the battery cover down.
2. The card is located in a pocket in the battery cover. Write down
the desired fast-dial numbers on the card.
3. Slide the battery cover back until it clicks into place.
Charging the battery
Warning!
Use only batteries and chargers supplied with or
recommended by Binatone for this model. The use of other
types will invalidate warranties and may be dangerous.
Never charge the phone with the cover removed.
1. Plug the charger lead firmly into the socket on the side of
the phone.
2. Plug the charger into a 230 V AC mains socket. The charging
symbol and the word “Charging…” appear on the display.
(
NOTE:
If the battery is fully discharged it may take a few
seconds for the symbol to appear.)
3. Charging the battery may take up to 15 hours.
4. If “No charging” is displayed, unplug the charger and try again.
If charging still fails, contact the helpline.
5. The battery is fully charged when the battery symbol on
the display is full. Unplug the charger from the wall socket
and then unplug the charger from the phone.
Connecting a compatible headset (accessory)
You can use the phone with a headset (not supplied). The connector
must be a 2.5 mm three-pole jack plug that fits the power/headset
socket on the left side of the phone.
