from the telephone line and plug a different phone
Try making a call. If this works, the line is OK.
If the call does not work, and you are using a
two-way
socket adapter,

If you still cannot identify the cause of the problem, please read out the serial
number of this telephone to the Binatone Customer Service Center. The serial
number can be found in the battery compartment after removing the batteries.
