1. Before cleaning or storing disconnect
the kettle from the mains supply
and wait till it cools completely. The
recommended storage temperature
is from +5°C to +35°С.
2. Wash internal surface of kettle with
warm soapy water, rinse carefully
and wipe dry. After using the kettle
for a period of time, scale and tea stains might
accumulate on the heating plate. In this case fill the
kettle up to a maximum level with vinegar solution (1
element of 9% vinegar per 20 elements of water) let the
kettle soak for an hour. Then wash out the kettle with
tap water, refill, boil water and pour it out.
If your appliance does not operate
or operates improperly, contact
an authorized service center for
assistance, consultancy or repair.
Warranty conditions:
1. The warranty period is 2 years commencing from date
of sale.
2. The warranty is valid only if the guarantee card
contains sale date, seller’s signature and appliance
serial number.
Please, keep all the documents supplied with the appliance
(cash voucher and cash memo, instruction manual) with
you for the entire ownership period.
3. The warranty is not valid if the serial number is
changed, not distinct or deleted and the factory stamp
is destroyed or damaged.
4. The warranty does not cover:
- Product packing, consumables and accessories
(knives, disks, tips, leads, bowls, filters, grids,
replaceable batteries, etc.)
- Mechanical damages and natural wear and tear of the
product;
