1 . Choosing the level of crust browning.

 Press the 

COLOR

button 1-3 times until the arrow on the control panel 

(3)

 points

to the indication with the desired level of crust browning – light
(slight browning), medium (medium browning) or dark (crackle)

(see figure B).

2 . Choosing the size of loaf.

 Press the 

LOAF 

button 1-2 times

until the arrow on the control panel 

(3)

 points to the indication

with the desired size of loaf (750g or 900g)

 (see figure B).

3. If you want the appliance to switch on automatically at a cer-

tain period of time, use the “Delay timer” function by pressing
the 

TIME 

button. The time set covers the period of duration of

the programme set. Maximum time period of the delay timer is
13 hours. This stage can be skipped, if you want to switch on
the appliance immediately.

4. To activate the programme, press the 

START/STOP 

button

.

5 . Adding ingredients during operation of the appliance.

In a certain period of time after starting the programmes 

BA-

SIC, WHOLE WHEAT, FRENCH, QUICK, SWEET, CAKE,
ULTRA-FAST, HOME MADE

 you will hear a beep tone, that

indicates that you can add additional ingredients into the dough
(nuts, seeds, candied fruits, etc)

6. Use the 

LIGHT LAMP

 button to switch on the lamp inside the

breadmaker. The lamp will switch off automatically in 1 minute.

7. To pause the programme in action, press the 

PAUSE 

button.

In this case all settings are stored.

8. To stop the programme in action and/or choose another one,

press and hold the 

START/STOP 

button. In 3 seconds the

beep tone will confirm that the programme is switched off.

9. At the final stage of baking you will hear 10 beep tones. Press

the 

START/STOP 

button. In 3-5 seconds you can take bread

out. If you don’t press the 

START/STOP

 button by the end of

the programme, bread will be kept warm automatically within
1 hour. Then the appliance will switch off.

10. To take bread out, open the cover 

(1) 

and hold firmly the

handle of the bread pan 

(5) 

by using potholders. Turn the

bread pan 

(5)

 anticlockwise and take it out of the breadmaker.

11. Turn the bread pan 

(5)

 over a clean surface and shake it

carefully until bread falls down.

Warning: 

the bread pan and bread itself can be very hot. Be

careful and use potholders.

12. Put bread in dry, cool place and let it cool down for about 20

minutes.

13. Unplug the appliance if you are not going to use it.

Using the Home Made mode

1. Press the 

CYCLE 

button.

 

KNEAD1 will appear on the display to

indicate the time of the first kneading. By using the 

TIME

button,

 

set the time of the first kneading and confirm your

setting by pressing the 

CYCLE 

button.

2. In order to set the time for the first fermentation, press the

CYCLE 

button.

 

The RISE1 indication will appear on the display.

Set the time of the first fermentation by using the 

TIME 

button.

Press the

 CYCLE 

button to confirm the time set.
