Maintenance of printing component system
A.print-head maintenance:
Select the "print-head maintenance" button on the touch
screen to automatically clean and scrape the print-head.
B. Replacement of print-head:
1. Turn off the power supply of the machine.
2. Pull out the print-head data line.
3. Loosen the fixed screw of the print-head.
4. Remove the intake and exhaust pipes from the print-head.
5. Safeguard the old print-head.
6. Install new print-head.
7. Replace the fixed screw of the print-head.
8. Connect the intake and exhaust pipes of the print-head.
9. Install the print-head and tighten the fixing screw.
10. Connect the print-head data line and pay attention to the direction of the data
line connection.
11. When connecting the print-head data line, the position of the print-head and
the headboard channel must correspond.
12. Clean the print-head to ensure that each jet works.
13. Turn on the power of the machine.
Click the "print-head maintenance" button on the touch screen to clean the
print-head.

. Service and maintenance of ink supply system and negative pressure system
1. Check the whole ink pipeline, especially the joint position, to ensure
that the whole system does not show signs of aging or damage.
2. Detect whether the negative pressure box has any trace of reflux ink.
Once the reflux occurs, disconnect the main power supply of the machine,
