Pressure Setting and Adjustment

a. Overview of air path control:

1.Air pressure detection switch: When the intake pressure is insufficient, the system will not

be able to open the equipment to protect the nozzle.

2. Primary pressure adjustment: air pressure oil-water separation group and pressure

adjustment valve.

3. Positive Pressure adjustment Valve: Adjust the Positive Pressure when pressing ink. For

more information, see the section "Positive Pressure Adjustment".

4. Degassing film air pump: Provide the working vacuum conditions needed for degassing

film.

5. Negative pressure air lock valve: a protective device to ensure that the negative pressure

does not leak when shutting down.
