SET-UP INSTRUCTIONS
1. Ensure unit is properly installed in structure and gas connections have been tested and approved by
the professional installing the unit
2. Once properly installed, place stainless steel grate on top.
3. Ensure all control valves are in the OFF position (pictured below).
4. Turn on gas source and allow system to pressurize - takes about 1 minute.

TO LIGHT THE UNIT:
Hold a lit long handled butane lighter gun or fireplace match next to
outer ring on burner, push in the control knob, turn counter clockwise so it’s straight up and down
(this is HIGH). The burner will ignite instantly with a *POOF* sound. Remove lighter, then push and
turn 2nd control knob to HIGH - it will light instantly from the 1st. Repeat for center ring until whole
burner is lit.
6.
TO TURN OFF UNIT:
Simply turn all of the control knobs to the OFF position and turn off gas
source.

The burner puts out between 2,000 BTU’s (Center Ring on Low)
and 60,000 BTU’s (All Rings Burning on High)
