Step 3:
Your
Stem
and
Neck
will be pre-installed, But you will have to
secure the handle bar
. Simply tighten the
four
bolts with an allen key, and use the ridges in the center of the bar as a guide, to center the bar properly.
Step 4:
Secure the
L.E.D Light
by the bracket that is on top of the Fork. Tighten the Bell onto the Handle Bar in your
desired location. Note: Do not tighten the bell too tight, it will break.
