2.b. Connecting the Cyberbike™

• Check that your Wii™ or Gamecube™ console is switched off.

•  Connect the Cyberbike™ cable to the first Gamecube™ connector on your

console (See Fig 6).

• Check that your handlebar is correctly centred. Switch on your console.

3.USING THE CYBERBIKE™

3.a. Adjustments

Adjusting the seat

The height of the seat should enable your knees to be

slightly bent when the pedals are at their lowest point.

To adjust the height of the seat:

• Hold the seat

•  Do not remove the knob; you loosen it and then pull it

so you can move the seat post.

• Position your seat at the desired height

• Release the knob and then tighten it

• The seat must not exceed the maximum height

indicated on the seat post (See Fig 7).

Adjusting the handlebar

The handlebar height should enable you to sit with a perfectly straight back.

Do not hunch or arch your back. Adjust the handlebar if necessary.

To adjust the handlebar:

• Hold the handlebar

•  Do not remove the knob; you loosen

it and then pull it so you can move the seat post.

• Position the handlebar at the correct height

• Release the knob and then tighten it.

•  The handlebar must not exceed

   the maximum height indicated

   on the handlebar stem.

(See Fig 8)

Warning:

Do not sit on the Cyberbike™ when adjusting

the height of the seat or the handlebar

Ensuring bike stability

Should your bike wobble during use, rotate one of the plastic end caps

on either the front or back support until it becomes perfectly stable (See Fig 9).

3.b. Using the Cyberbike™

Cyberbike provides an excellent cardio vascular workout and can help to

burn calories and improve your endurance levels whilst having fun. (When

combined with a healthy eating plan exercise can also help to reduce weight

loss). Do not use Cyberbike™ if you suffer from any heart or respiratory

conditions or  you have any underlining medical condition that prevents you

from exercising. If you are unsure contact your GP (Doctor) for advice.

This product is designed for persons 7 years and over. Adult supervision is recom-

mended when using Cyberbike™
