7. AIRFOIL INSTALLATION
Position Power Cables
Pull out the slack in the power cables, and
position the cables so that they exit the
airfoils at the
curved, narrow edge
of each
airfoil. Tape each cable to the underside
of each airfoil so that the cables remain
positioned correctly when the airfoils are
attached to the fan.
*Hardware kit 008766. Airfoil Restraint System straps and hardware included only with 20–24 ft (6.1–7.3 m) fans or if ordered.

Install Airfoils, Cables, and Straps
Make sure power is disconnected.
Make sure the power cables remain routed out the downward-
curved, narrow edges of the airfoils. Connect each cable to the hub
bracket harness directly in front of each curved airfoil edge.

(shown on the right).
