The user (i.e., healthcare facility, clinic, hospital etc.) is responsible for the management, maintenance
and use of medical devices.
* The Lubricare 2 should be inspected every six months in accordance with the inspection items listed below.
* Maintenance and inspection are generally considered to be the duty and obligation of the user, but if, for some
reason, the user is unable to carry out those duties, the user may rely on qualified medical device service per

When disposing of the Lubricare 2, it should fall into the category of infectious waste.
The dentist or doctor must confirm that the device is uncontaminated, and must then have it disposed of by a
healthcare facility or an agent licensed and qualified to handle standard industrial waste and industrial waste
requiring special treatment.
To dispose of maintenance oil spray cans, remove them from the device and discharge contents and observe rel-
evant local laws or national regulations.
This symbol indicates that the waste of electrical and electronic equipment must not be disposed as
unsorted municipal waste and must be collected separately. Contact your local dealer or Bien-Air Dental
