6. INSTALLATION AND USE
6.1 USE
ATTENTION: read and follow carefully all the safety instructions previusly reported, pay at
-
tention to the instructions about the electrical system to which the appliance is connected.
ATTENTION: move the machine using exclusively the proper hadle. Do not pull the hose or
the power cable to move the machine.
1. Unpack the machine and accessories.
2. Insert the hose-holding rod (1) in its place as shown in the picture.
3. Connect the gun to the machine: insert the electrofluidic plug (10) into the rectangular
socket and the air flow plug (8) to the hose socket. Use the hose-holding rod (1) to support
the hose when the machine is not in use.
6.2 PREPARING THE SOLUTION TO BE NEBULIZED
ATTENTION: DO NOT USE/POUR INFLAMMABLE/EXPLOSIVE LIQUIDS OR PRODUCTS
TO CORRECTLY PREPARE THE LIQUID SOLUTION FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS OF THE SPECIFIC
PRODUCT THAT WILL BE USED.
1. Fill in the tank (4) with the liquid solution. To remove the tank cap, extract the unfiltered
hose and unscrew the cap.
2. Place the tank into its special housing and tighten the cap. Make sure the filtered suction
hose gets to the bottom of the tank, that it is immersed into the liquid and check for the
filter to be free from obstructions.
3. Insert the second unfiltered hose into the tank passing it through the second hole on the
tap. This unfiltered hose does not have to reach the bottom of the tank, because it serves
as a backflow and not as a suction pipe.
4. Connect the power cable (9) to a suitable socket equipped with grounding (standard
220/230Volt).
5. Set the general switch (13) into position 1. The red light (11) will activate to signal that the
machine is on.
6. Mount the nebulizing head (5) on the top of the gun and lock it with the the security hook.
6.3 USE
DURING THE USE, WEAR ALL THE NECESSARY PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT, ACCOR-
DING TO THE NEBULIZED FLUID. TAKE ALL THE NECESSARY PRECAUTION TO AVOID DAMAGES
TO PERSONS/ANIMALS. THE MANUFACTURER IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR EVENTUAL DAMA-
GES TO PERSONS/ANIMALS. DO NOT DIRECT THE AIR SPRAY AND/OR THE NEBULIZING FLOW
FORWARD PERSONS OR ANIMALS.
1. Press the white switch (B) on the gun to run the blowing motor.
2. Now act on the gun trigger (14) to dispense the product (make sure that the button locker
is off).
3. Set the nebulization acting on the flow regulator at the end of the nebulizer (5): fully screw
the regulator (clockwise) to shut off the flow, and unscrew (counter-clockwise) to increase
the nebulizing flow.
