HAT TO DO
The unit does not respond
to the building management
system. The building management system is not
operating correctly. Check the building management sys-
tem.
The unit has no communication with
the building management system. • Check the building management
system.
• Check the wiring.
The unit functions differently
from expectations. The unit is operating in a special mode. • If necessary, set the unit to emit a
signal without adjusting the opera-
tion (register address 337).
One or more modules are not prop-
erly connected. • Check the connections of the
modules
• Check the operation of the unit.

The unit is not circulating
enough air. The filter(s) is/are dirty. Clean or replace filter(s).
The fan settings are not properly cali-
brated. Calibrate the fan settings properly. see
2.12.4> Setting the fan speeds
The duct system is giving too much
resistance. Resolve problems in the duct system:
• ducts too narrow
• bends too sharp
• blockages
An air damper is not working properly. Check the operation of the damper
(See 2.12.5 Checking operation ).
The connected ventilation unit is not
working properly. Check the operation of the connected
units.
The unit is making a lot of
noise. The filter(s) is/are dirty. Clean or replace filter(s).
A component is loose. Check the unit:
• are the inspection doors closed?
• are the rubber seals still in good
condition?
