Operator Requirements

Three operators with different skills are required in order
to guarantee the appliance’s safety:

User

The user is not allowed to access the internal parts of the
machine.

Supply operator

Only the Maintenance Technician is in charge of refilling
the machine with products, cleaning the outside of the
appliance, turning it on and off.

The Supply operator is not
allowed

to

carry

out

operations indicated in this
manual as competence of
the

Maintenance

Technician.

Maintenance technician

The maintenance technician is the only person authorised to
service the machine, start the programming procedures and
perform the adjustment, set up and maintenance operations.

Access to the internal area
is restricted to persons
having

knowledge

and

practical experience of the
appliance, in particular as
far as safety and hygiene
are concerned.
