Foot Strap Adjustment
Thread the footstraps through the holes
on either side of the foot pedals. Thread it
through making sure that the back of the
buckle is "up".

Take the loose side of the strap and fit it
through the larger hole in the buckle. Then
thread the strap back through the smaller hole
and pull it through.
You can loosen or tighten the buckle by giving
it more or less slack.
