2. Press the UP or DOWN keys to select HRC 70% or HRC (to enter your own target heart
rate value), and press the MODE key to confirm.
3. HRC 70%: You can set Time, Distance, Calories or Age value. The program will work out
the target heart rate value by formula according to the parameter entered by the user.
Press the MODE key to confirm, then press the START/STOP key to begin.
4. HRC (to enter your own target heart rate value). You can set TIME and TARGET PULSE.
Press the MODE key to confirm, then press the START/STOP key to begin.
5. While exercising, press the UP or DOWN keys to adjust the Level value of the
PROGRAM.
Level Adjust Range is 1~8.
When the HRC PROGRAM is running, if the actual pulse value is less than the target value,
resistance will increase by degrees every 10 seconds. If the actual pulse value is greater than
the target value, resistance will decrease by degrees every 10 seconds, as shown below:

When the HRC PROGRAM is finished, the TIME window will blink. The user can then enter a
new exercise time and after starting, the exercise value will cumulate from the last value; or
the user can press TOTAL RESET to go back to Start/Ready mode.
AUTO SLEEP:
If the console stops receiving SPEED and PULSE signals and no keys are
pressed for more than 4 minutes, the program will automatically enter AUTO
SLEEP mode.
WAKE UP:
When in
AUTO SLEEP, press any key or begin pedaling to WAKE UP the
console. You will hear a short beep when the console powers up.
SCAN:
While exercising, press the MODE key to switch between displaying values for
TIME, SPEED, DISTANCE or CALORIES, RPM, WATT. Press MODE again to
