Assembling for Use
1.
Assemble the four ball bearing caster wheel on the four feet of the wheelstand and tighten the screws.
2.
Put the equal parts together with three bolts and tighten safely.
3.
Loose the three bolts on the cylinder, put the cylinder on the right position on the wheelstand, and
tighten the three bolts.
4.
Put the equal handle rings on the right position on the cylinder with four bolts and tighten on the
cylinder.
