On-screen keyboard: If you need to input alphabetic characters, a
“Keyboard Input” pop-up window will be displayed. You can move
the cursor with the UP/DOWN/LEFT/RIGHT buttons and select the
letters with the OK button. The RECALL button works as a
backspace key. You can also clear your inputs by selecting “Clear”
You can move the cursor one place to the left or right by using the
YELLOW or BLUE buttons respectively.
If you need to input upper case characters, press the RED button.
You can return to lower case characters by pressing the RED button
again.
If you need to input special characters, press the GREEN button.
The screen keyboard now displays special characters. You can return
to small characters by pressing the GREEN button again.
After the input, you can save it by selecting “Save & Exit” with the
OK button. If you do not want to save, please press the EXIT
button.
NOTE
If you need to input numbers, use the NUMERIC buttons on the RCU.
You can also type alphabet characters with the NUMERIC buttons.
Refer to the alphabets printed on the NUMERIC buttons. You can
configure the order of the NUMERIC buttons to be alphabet first or
number first (see “Keyboard Order” section in Chapter 9).
