5. FUNCTIONS
1. Specially designed to take the body temperature of a person regardless of the room
temperature.
2. Quick and reliable results thanks to the HEIMMANN infrared detection system.
3. Seek medical attention immediately if temperature is above the preset threshold or
temperature is in excess of the device’s limits for displaying an accurate measure.
4. Temperature diagnostic: color indicator for indicating and interpreting the temperature obtained.
5. Functions
- Measurement range for BODY mode: 89.6°F – 109.4°F / 30°C - 43°C and SURFACE TEMP mode:
32°F - 199.9°F / 0°C - 93.3°C.
- Hi displays when the result is above 109.4°F / 43°C.
- Lo displays when the results is below 86°F / 30°C.

Additional uses:
The My Thermo BW-CX10 can also be used to measure the temperature of a surface, or room
temperature (by using the SURFACE TEMP or ROOM function).
6. BATTERY CHARGING
Before using
My Thermo for the first time, please charge the battery via the USB cable.
INTERNAL BATTERY
Battery DC3.7V (lithium battery)
Battery can be charged and used regularly
CHARGE INDICATOR
When
My
Thermo is uncharged or dead, the "Battery" symbol is displayed on the screen in order
to indicate the level of charge.
You can continue on using My Thermo, it will emit 5 long beeps in a row and will automatically
switch off, when the battery is totally dead.
When the battery is fully charged, the device is automatically powered down to avoid
overcharging and prolong battery life.
The battery should be charged every 6 months even if the device has not been in use.
7. DOWNLOADING THE APPLICATION
Download the BewellConnect® application to your smartphone or tablet :
- via the App Store or Google Play
- by scanning the QR Code on the side of the box.
Then click on the My Thermo icon.
The results are immediately transferred by the application via Bluetooth 4.0 Smart Ready.
8. MYTHERMO BW-CX10 FIRST SETUP
- Connect the USB cable of your device to your computer to charge the device. Once the
charging is complete, you can unplug the cable.
- For the first use, please wait 10 minutes for the device to warm-up.
- Aim the device toward the temporal lobe or one side/temple of the forehead, as shown in
the FIGURE

device. Temperature is displayed immediately.
- Before each measurement, please make sure, your hair and any sweat has been removed from
your forehead.
- You can then transfer your measurement in one click by pressing the transfer button, to the
BewellConnect application and monitor your temperature measurements.
- Charge the device when shows on the screen.
9. SETTINGS
9.1. CHOOSING THE TEMPERATURE MODE
The
My
Thermo BW-CX10 is specially designed to measure body temperature of children and/or
adults without any physical contact. It can be used by consumers in a home environment as well
as in a medical setting. as reference. For this, use the BODY mode.
Measurement range for BODY mode: 89.6°F – 109.4°F / 30°C to 43°C.
Note : You can also use the My Thermo BW-CX10 to measure the temperature of an area or an
object or a room temperature. For this, use the SURFACE TEMP mode.
Measurement range for SURFACE TEMP mode: 32°F - 199.9°F / 0°C - 93.3°C.
By selecting the ROOM Mode, it will display the ambient temperature of the room you are in.
Press the MODE button for one second, the screen will display: BODY for the body measurement
temperature. Press the MODE button again to switch to SURFACE TEMP or ROOM mode.
Note: The
My
Thermo BW-CX10 is automatically set to BODY.
Important: The surface temperature differs from the internal body temperature. To obtain the
internal temperature, always use the BODY mode.
Please make sure to select the BODY mode for an internal temperature reading and the SURFACE
TEMP mode or the ROOM mode for an external area reading.
9.2. CHOOSING THE TEMPERATURE UNIT
Press the °C/°F button to select the temperature unit. The symbol of the chosen temperature
unit is displayed (°C for Celsius degrees and °F for Fahrenheit degrees).
