Never pull this pad by the power cord. Do not use the cord as a handle. Unplug when not in use.

Do not use a heating pad when symptoms of appendicitis are present. Consult your physician.

Inspect this product before using it in order to make sure that there are no broken parts, missing parts
and /or damaged areas. Do not use heating pad if there are broken parts, missing parts or damaged
areas.

This appliance has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other). As a safety feature, this plug
will fit in a polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does not fit fully in the outlet, reverse the plug. If it
still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician. Do not attempt to defeat this safety feature.
