6. Initial use
• Remove the packaging.
• Check the device, power supply and cables for damage.
• Charge the device for ~90 minutes before the first use.
• Connect the device to the mains power. The device must be switched off at this time.
• Route the cable safely so that there is no risk of anyone tripping over it.
• Charge the device for ~90 minutes before the first use.
• If the charger indicator lamps flash slowly this means that the battery is charging. Once
• the display is permanently illuminated, the device is fully charged.
• Then you can begin using the device on battery power. Mains operation is not possible.
• If the charger indicator lamps flash rapidly during battery operation, the battery is empty.
• Charge the device by placing it on the station or connecting it to the mains adapter.
• One charge is sufficient for approx. 60 minutes of wireless operation.
CAUTION
• For hygiene reasons, you should not share this device with anyone else.
• When switched on, the device should not come into contact with other areas of skin
(e.g. eyelashes, head hair etc.), or with clothes or cords, to avoid injury as well as blo-
ckages or damage to the device.
• Do not use the device on irritated skin, varicose veins, rashes, spots, (hairy) bir-
thmarks or wounds without consulting a doctor beforehand. The same applies to
patients with weakened immune systems, diabetes, haemophilia and immune insuf-
ficiency.
