CONNECTING THE HOME THEATER RECEIVER
Applications
SYSTEM APPLICATIONS
Use MAIN 1 (1/4 inch Output) or MAIN 2 (XLR Balanced)
when connecting a karaoke mixer to a home theater receiver.
A separate cable is needed to connect a home theater
receiver to any terminal. Please refer to the following
diagrams.
Be sure to select the right input source (such as DVD, VOD,
and AUX, etc) when connecting a mixer (from MAIN 1) to a
home theater receiver.
Turn off all sound effect selections (such as DTS, THX and
AC-3, etc.) from the home theater receiver before connecting
a subwoofer to a home theater receiver. These sound effects
are intended for movie playing but not for karaoke since
karaoke requires a normal signal. Any singing effects must be
produced from the karaoke mixer.
RISK OF ELECTRIC SHOCK
DO NOT OPEN
Taking apart or modifying the
receiver may lead to electric
shock, fire, or damage to the
receiver and will void your
warranty.
